4th of July at the Lake
Well better late than never....
We spent the 4th of July at our lake place near Alexandria. Although the mosquitoes were a little worse than usual, a good time was still had by all. Here are a few of the shots we got while enjoying a weekend up north.

Sarah did get wet a number of times. She is becoming a little fish and has wet feet whenever she gets a chance. You will see many more water pictures of her in upcoming entries.

We attended a fantastic fireworks display at an area resort. Lots of people gathered and enjoyed a full food and beverage service prior to the show. Sarah was a huge fan of the popcorn and is pictured above enjoying the roomy comforts of her new double stroller/bike trailer.

Popcorn does tend to make one rather thirsty. Mom and Dad enjoyed the beverage service most.
On an unrelated side note, we recently joined the children's museum in St Paul. This will be a great place to spend a few Minnesota winter days.

On our first visit Sarah took the liberty of sampling what the place has to offer. It is a very neat place for children and kids at heart so if you are looking for somewhere to take the kids, I would recommend it.
More to come...
