Getting Big and Learning Lots

Grandma and Grandpa Smith spent the last couple weeks at our place. Sarah got to spend lots of time screaming "papa" and playing with Grandma. One day Grandma joined us at a childrens production of Good Night Moon. Sarah is a dancing fool and stood up multiple times to dance with the actors as they performed on stage. We were a little worried about weather or not she would make it through a full hour long play but she did great and seemed to love it. It was very well done and the adults enjoyed the show as well.

One day last week we took a trip over to Kiddywampus in St Louis Park. It is an interactive toy store where lots of the toys are open and out to be played with. They also have an art room where the kids can paint and draw on the walls and do other craft type projects. We lucked out and hit it on a free day so Sarah got to spill paint all over papa and it didn't cost daddy anything. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures of the adventure but everyone had a good time. Grandma even bought a few uniques gifts.

This past weekend the sun came out and it warmed up for the first time in months. We took advantage and put sarah in some skates for the first time. I shoveled off the pond and the family went out for a skate. Andrea got herself some new skates for Christmas as well so it was a try out for those too. We are unable to post video on this blog but I can at my outdoors blog so jump over there and check out the video of Mommy and Sarah skating (http://blog.sportsmithfishing.com/). It is very cute.
